The Catholic Institute of Aotearoa New Zealand (TCI) is the national provider of Catholic theological and religious education qualifications. 

TCI’s teaching team needs a qualified and energetic educator, advocate and administrator for a key position in our Auckland office.   

Reporting to the Academic Dean, you will:

  • Teach nationally registered Certificate and Diploma programmes, using a blended approach;
  • Promote TCI programmes through Catholic networks in Auckland, in partnership with leaders in the Auckland Diocese;
  • Develop teaching resources and techniques that engage and motivate students;
  • Contribute to TCI’s research culture and wider academic community;
  • Lead the effective operation of the Auckland teaching site.
  • Success in the role will require a Masters-level qualification or equivalent in Theology and/or Religious Education. 

Help us educate and encourage those responsible for bringing to life the Gospel message in Catholic schools, parishes, ministries and organisations across Auckland.
